Kym is a seasoned attorney focused on serving the legal needs of entrepreneurs, CEO's and founders.  As a trusted counselor, advisor, and advocate, she provides legal guidance to help clients navigate business formation, scaling, equity issuance, business contracts, employment agreement, intellectual property, corporate compliance and founder-exists, with the goal of maximizing business growth, protection, and expansion.

Kym is also passionate about sharing her expertise and experiences. She has been a guest speaker, author, and podcast guest, addressing topics such as entrepreneurship, contracts, and trademarks.

Because of her commitment to startup founders and emerging companies, Kym is actively involved in the entrepreneur ecosystem in New York, Connecticut, and Florida.  Kym is  currently on the Advisory Board of several emerging brands, as well as the Scarsdale Business Alliance.  She co-founded Speed Networking, LLC and frequently collaborates with not-for-profit organizations empower entrepreneurs.  When you hire Kym, you are getting not only getting strategic legal guidance and a trusted partner, but also access to a vast network of other professionals who can support your entrepreneurial journey.  

In her personal life, Kym is a wife, mom to three kids and a dog-mom.  She enjoys exercising, reading, and warm weather (hence, the continued membership for all these years in the Florida bar!)

Frank Ploger is the Director of Business Development for FirstLight Home Care of Westchester. FirstLight is a licensed home care company servicing all of Westchester county by providing a professionally trained caregiver in the home of an individual where the patient is living. Our services include, bathing, grooming, getting dressed, light housekeeping, and preparing small meals, among other things. Frank has been in the healthcare field for over 26 years. 

Frank is known for his hands-on approach and commitment to treating every client like family. 

Frank is a local resident who has been a volunteer for EMS in Mohegan Lake for over 6 years. Frank collects and restores classic cars in his free time and is also the President and founder of a local car club who meet weekly raising money for local charities. 

Allyson “Ally” Curtis is Director of Development for Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley, overseeing revenue for the local chapter that serves eight counties from Westchester to Delaware. With more than 25 years in corporate and nonprofit communications and fundraising, she believes business and impact go hand in hand. Ally leads with heart, fueled by creativity, connection, and community, and is passionate about building authentic relationships that inspire kindness, unlock potential, and create meaningful impact throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond.
